Romeo is all white Persian mix with a slight black streak at the top of his head. He is aware of his name and will listen if called for, he is super friendly and will allow you to grab him. Romeo is an outdoor and indoor cat and knows his was home, so we believe someone took him. He wears a black collar with a blue nametag.
