Missing our little Guy "FRANK". He got out of our yard while doing some yard work. He is a black French Bulldog with a little white on his chest. He has loss of fur on his left side due to flank alopecia, so some may think he is a stray with mange but that's not the case. He is heart worm positive and has been taking medication for it. Has a floppy left ear. Please any help will be much appreciated.
