Panda is a male Pomeranian that is black and white. He got away while my husband was outside in the garage cleaning his turtle tank. This is his first time getting out. He doesn’t know how to get home. He doesn’t like eating regular dog food I have to make his food because he’s very sensitive. He has no collar on because he takes it off.
