Chocolate brown female dog, approx 2 years old, approx 25 pounds, just below knee height on 5' 10" person. No collar, apears well fed, very skitish, stressed out, running along state bridge and kimball bridge road area at approx 12:30 am. Last seen on kimball headed towards jones bridge.
