Toby is a 3.5 year old Basset Hound with long brown ears. He has seasonal allergies so he may have appeared with goopy eyes. He is white brown and black with bug brown eyes. Toby did not have a collar on and he does not have a microchip. Toby has not always been mine. Toby will also come to the name Spudd.
