My friends dog jack is a jack Russell terrier and white terrier. He is real skinny from being sick and he was not capable of walking well. He was hit by a car somewhere by 16th Ave north and 43rd st north in Saint Pete on Friday but we cant locate his body nor do we know which hospital he was taken too..
