D-O-G is a six year old, 25 pound Shih Tzu that is grayish tan and black on his face wearing a green camouflage collar. He may still have the vets leash attached to him. D-O-G Is microchipped. He got loose from the E.R. Vets office when he was taken outside to potty. He needs medical attention. He is a friendly dog but scared.. Please do not chase him. Please call with any information.
