Pepper is a Cavalier King Charles with a tricolor coat (black ears, brown eyebrows, white underbelly, white stripe down the center of the face). He's a bit on the smaller side, weighing somewhere around 15 lbs last we checked, and is around 5 or 6. He poked a hole through our fence and likely got some distance before we noticed he wasn't in the yard. He loves people and would likely gravitate to passers-by.
