Found Dog Near Nueva High School - Help Needed

Found this little guy right outside Nueva High School, like a block away from Lamont Park, around 9:15am. No collar or anything but he’s super sweet, has to belong to someone. Looked to me like maybe he followed one of the kids to school when he wasn’t supposed to but I’m not sure. I tried giving him some food and some water but he’s not interested. He’s whining but wagging his tail just a little and wants to be pet. If anyone knows who he belongs to please let me know. I have an 8mo Lab/Rottweiler mix, I have him put up right now cause he’s way bigger than this dog and I don’t wanna scare him. Later on if I hear no response from anyone and the dog gets a little more comfortable, I’ll try to introduce them. If they get along, I should be able to keep him with me for a while.
