She is an all black chug. Looks like a black pug, with face and tail and Chihuahua body. She was a rescue. Just picked her up, from Jackson. When getting out of the car, around 8:30 pm, she slipped her head out of the collar and leash and bolted. So, she does not know anyone or the area. We had a siting this morning, by the woods, around CMH (Community Mental Health building), off Suncrest. I have walk the fields and woods, along both sides of the building and north to Davis Lake rd. I have notified, Animal Control, CMH, Love of Loui, and a drone company. She is not aggressive.
