Blue is a white and brown Shih Tzu, with brown shades around his eyes, he has one blue color eye the other one is brown. He got out of the house on August 11 in the morning with his sister, she was returned home but not Blue, last seen was on Cambridge ave and Louise ave in Lathrop CA.
