13 year old German Shepherd, dark slender face, she is deaf so if you call her name she won’t come. Her name is Hailey, she has early stages of dementia last seen at 3 am on Taylor Mill Rd. She does NOT bite. During the storm she escaped from her kennel. Please help me find her
