The coat is a full black hair, and black eyes, There was an accident by hwy 3 and max was injured. Leamington OPP came and a man offered to take Max to an emergency vet but we can not find out where he was taken too. The police did not get the man’s information and both the police as well as myself have called ALL the vets and no one has brought in a dog like this.
