Pete is never outside and I can't remember if he had his collar on. If he did it is worn and rasta (red, green, yellow) colored with a bell. He is all black with a small white spot at the top of his chest. Our backdoor gets blown open from the wind. It didn't get latched and was wide open the morning of May 21st. He was in the house at least at 10pm May 20th. He is very lovey and cuddly.
