**HELP!! LOST CAT! LINUS A GRAY TABBY** My mom brought family home from out of town coming from Dallas,Texas to Shreveport,LA on and my cat Linus jumped out of her car on the way to my cousins house in Shreveport. We either lost him on the way to Shreveport at the McDonald’s in Lindale or anywhere between Stoner Hill & Youree Dr and Grover & Leo cross streets before we made it to my cousin's house on Leo Ave, Shreveport, LA 71105. We’re checking all possibilities. We are absolutely devestated and heartbroken. We can’t live life without him, he’s our baby! Help us look for him around the area, he will probably be hiding in shade and doesn't do too well in the heat. He will probably be panting and look unwell and stressed but is a sweet kitty. He doesn't have a collar on right now because he jumped out of the car before we arrived. He is a senior kitty (12 yrs old) and gets daily medication. He isn’t familiar with the area and he is in dire need of our help. Please help find him and trap him! If caught he is microchipped so please bring to local animal control for ID. If found or any information, please call Jessy and Brandon at 214(730)-9175 We have already left litter box, cat bed/carrier, food, along with searching daily morning and late night/early morning and also asking everyone. We have reached out/looked at all shelters & rescues in the area. Posting on social media daily to help inform and alert everyone. With us not knowing exactly where he got out, not living in the area, and not being in familiar territory we don’t know what else to do Thank you everyone so much for helping and continuing to search for our lost cat Linus! So this is basically a nightmare situation and we can’t be absolutely certain exactly where he jumped out so as a precaution we are checking every stop she made from Dallas to Shreveport, especially since we pass through those spots otw to get to Shreveport anyways. My mom is pretty sure that he got out anywhere between Stoner Hill & Youree Dr and Grover & Leo cross streets before she made it to my cousins house on Leo Ave in Shreveport, LA because that is where her back window got rolled down and she made a stop at the stop sign on Leo and Grover. They did stop for gas at a Texaco in Willis Point, Tx and McDonald’s drive through in Lindale, Tx off of Hwy 20 on the way to Shreveport. She said she was most positive that Linus was still there after the gas fill up and she was mostly sure about McDondalds too but the only thing that strikes me as wierd is that Linus didn’t come up front when they got their McDonald’s in the drive through to try to get their food or sniff at the food or anything. He is a pretty food driven cat. She did feed him that morning so that’s a factor. We have left flyers and thoroughly checked the areas and shelters for both areas just to be on the safe side and to exhaust any possibility at all
