Solid black with a very long tail and whisp of white fur on his neck. He is microchipped, and his name is "Squeegee" in the SPCA's file. His given name is actually Scobee. UPDATE: SCOBEE HAS BEEN FOUND! THANKS TO ALL WHO COMMENTED!
