Male Havanese, black with some white under his chin. Broken teeth lower jaw left side. Was wearing a blue belly band. Very soft, curly fine hair. He growls a lot but is loving and craves affection, he's confused because he was taught this behaviour and thinks it's what he's supposed to do. My tenant was sitting on the front steps with 2 other dogs and when he turned to go inside he didn't notice the dog get up and run away. Please help bring him home!!
