A male 2 years old Mixed breed Shih-Poo, all black with a white patch by his chest area. Last seen on Taylor Ave and Ruth Street in East Brunswick. Claimed that got picked up by a gentleman in a red car. Brown hair, no facial hair. Dark skinned , medium build being around 5’9 claiming he would take him to the vet or police but never has.
