Cedar is a blue heeler/ husky mix he is a little over a year old, he is mainly black with some white, he’s got a husky fluffy curled tail with some white on the tip. Cedar is a rescue and skittish of people so if seen please do not chase or approach just call. Cedar was let out of his kennel by someone he is not completely familiar with and did not respond when asked to return to kennel and ended up getting scared and taking off. He has been spotted 3 times since the missing date so he is in the area it’s just a matter of catching him at this point.
