His owner (John) and him (Joe the dog) had a blowout and it flipped the truck it. They got out but the owner is still sedated and in serious condition nobody could find Joe but they know he made it out of the truck alive. He was spotted right after the accident. He’s a white shepherd Melanie or husky mix has a blue collar on and light brown eyes.
