She is a sable (brown/white) sheltie. She ran from her home in spencerville OH on Nov23 but was spotted at the beaverdam exit off of I75. Not too far from Bluffton. She was seen walking through a field. She was very dirty and skittish so she may appear far more brown than she actually is. She did not have a collar on her when she ran
