His tail curls up at all times. Brown eyes. He was wearing a shock collar. He is very sweet but is scared of strangers, more so men but all strangers really. Even still he's harmless, just loud. His name is Jasper and he answers to Jasper but he also thinks his name is "it's a baby" . I didn't intend for that, but I said it to him a lot when he was just weeks old and now he curls up in my lap when I call it's a baby. It's like a comfort thing, so saying that to him might help him to trust you.
