20 pound shihtzu, dark gray and white with white chest and legs, dark freckles on leg. Wearing a blue nylon collar with his name and owner’s phone number engraved on buckle. He has never been outside alone, even to potty, but got scared and ran from my brother, who lives with us, when I was out of town. Very friendly but very scared.
