Rowan is a small black and brown, Chihuahua/Terrier mix, male dog. He has a nervous, skiddish personality, and he ran away after being scared by a large dog. He is an inside dog and he wasn't wearing his collar when he escaped, but he does have a microchip. If you see him, please contact us, he may not come to a stranger.
