Lost cat, male, Collbran, Colorado, Loveland — half tail and belly spots

He's an indoor/outdoor cat that roams freely around main Street. The town is very familiar with him. He can be overly friendly and hang out at people's homes or jump into vehicles and go for joyride anywhere. There's lots of visitors that pass through so I'm opening my range of him being anywhere. He had a pinkish pattern collar with a tag but that could have gotten lost. He has spots on his belly, stripes on his body and a half tail. He's 9 years old.
