Almost a year later, I’m still looking for my cat Mochi. Please help me know he’s safe. On 09/21/2025 I discovered that my beloved cat, Mochi, was missing from my home near 512 N Roxbury Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. It has been almost a year, and I’m posting again in the hope that someone may recognize him or remember something. Mochi is a male Munchkin cat with noticeably short legs, white fur, and orange markings on his head and back. He weighed about 9 pounds when he went missing and was two years old at the time. He is gentle, very timid, and has always been an indoor-only cat. Shortly after he disappeared, I found blood and fur near a neighbor’s front door, which made me fear that he might have been injured. I knocked over several days and left a note, but never received a response. I was unable to find any further clues, and I still don’t know what happened to him. I kept searching for him for months, but never found any further clues. This past year has been incredibly painful—living every day without knowing whether he is safe, hurt, or even still alive. If you live nearby, have you seen a cat who looks like Mochi at any point since last September? Did you or someone you know take in a cat like him? Even a memory from months ago could mean so much to me. And if someone found him and gave him a loving home, I hope this post somehow reaches you. Thank you for caring for him. If you have grown attached to him and are afraid to reach out because you don’t want to give him back, please still let me know that he is okay. Even a recent photo sent anonymously, without your name or address, would mean more to me than I can explain. I just want to know that he is alive, safe, and loved. I love him so much.
