Frankie is a small shepherd mix, about 40 pounds, dark brown and black with some white on her chest and her chin. Floppy ears when she runs, she's very fast and very skittish. Last seen in Richmond Heights near Bellevue/Princeton/Bruno streets this morning around 10 am. She got out of our backyard early this morning.
