FOUND DOGS! UNKNOWN NAMES (AKA Mr. Salt & Mrs. Pepper) We found these two dogs around 8:00 PM in the running in the middle of the street at the intersection of Furness Parkway & Arlington Avenue on the east side of Saint Paul. Mrs. Pepper is an adult female dog around 10-15 pounds, all black, probably a Shih Tzu Mr. Salt is an adult male dog around 20-25 pounds, all white, probably also a Shih Tzu Both dogs were brought to Como Park Animal Hospital and scanned for chips, but neither of them had one. They are both very sweet and obviously bonded. Hoping to get these sweet pups home tonight to their owners! Call or text me at (651)238-2292 if they are your dogs. We will require proof of ownership before giving them to you.
