Sweet Carlos the Havanese has been missing since 10/10 at around 10am. He's very friendly but he has certain food requirements and his family is very worried about him. We're afraid someone stole him to resell. He's silver/grey in color and very small. We will gladly provide a reward in exchange for our baby's return. He's this family's whole world.
