Bobby is a black and white Jack Russell with brown spots on his face. He has smooth short hair, floppy ears, and a long black and white tail. No collar or chip. Husband took him for a walk without the leash thinking he would stay but he ran off. Bobby is very alert, high energy, agile, and has a very loud strong bark.
