Greyish/tanish/whitish coloring, but fur is black on his back. He is two, is wearing a sweater. He jumped out of the car at Elizabeth Park, near Jefferson, when he was about to go on a walk. He is very small (7-10 lbs), very skittish, and is being treated for seizures.
