Boltie (male, neutered, Bengal mix, microchipped, no collar/tag, brown/black color) went missing on 10/28/24, near Cedar Ridge Rd and Highland Way. He’s friendly and may follow people he likes. Boltie loves chasing squirrels and basking in the sun on grass or driveways. He’s an indoor cat who wears a diaper and occasionally sneaks out. He also enjoys going on leash walks with my daughter. We recently moved from a faraway state, and with this area being so large, I believe he may have lost his way. Please check around your yard, driveways, decks, porches, under cars, and in bushes. If you spot him, please call his name, Boltie, and gently try coaxing him with food like tuna—he loves the smell and responds to the sound of a can opening. Please call or text 919-433-6223 if you see him. We’ve searched extensively, and I believe if he sees familiar faces or hears his name, he’ll come. Boltie was our family’s very first cat, joining us at just 3 months old, and he’s been a cherished companion ever since. Five years ago, he even traveled across countries to be with us, and we recently made another move from a warmer area. He’s such an important part of our lives—we can’t imagine a moment without him. We’ve been together whenever until now. And we want to spend the rest of his life surrounded by our love, and I believe he wants the same. I hope he can make it and come back. We’re heartbroken and miss him dearly.
