Willah is white Australian Shepard with brown patch on back. We were out walking and she got out of lead. She is wearing a purple harness with “deaf” patch on it and an orange jack-o’-lantern dress. She is deaf and slightly visually impaired. Very energetic and normally friendly dog. She has a hot pink collar with no tags. She is microchipped.
