He was on Whittier and bluff and he got him by a car so he got so scared and ran I tried getting him and he ran scared so he’s in the area of Montebello he’s a blue heeler with short tail and when he ran he has had hardness On I don’t know if he still has it on tho please if anyone sees him let me know please
