He’s a black and white Merle, chihuahua. One blue eye and one brown eye, he’s not wearing anything but is chipped. He got out from under our fence around 4:30 PM. His name is Thor. UPDATE: A nice lady dropped him off at the vet and he is safe! Thank you so much to everyone who reached out and helped to get the word out!
