Sorry for the inconveniences, I saw your post just now, I was once a victim to this mess, I got no response from support until someone reffered me to Pet rescue team on Facebook who helped me with my missing pet back and his very fast and reliable.
They are so many pet services trying their best but I will recommend you to Pawsomerescue the area fast and has low charging rate when finding or tracking lost pet.
