Tan, chubby Chiweenie, white on her face. Very skittish, Do Not chase or she will run. Almost blind and almost deaf. Loves food. 15 years old and has arthritis so she sometimes limps. No collar on. Wind blew the gate open on our front porch. She has never been anything but fenced. Has no clue or what to do.
