Toby is a white tabby with green eyes. He went missing wearing an orange collar with a fish tag on it. He sometimes comes to his name. He’s a little skittish but super sweet and snuggly. Average size for a male cat. He’s not an outdoor cat, he escaped and got loose and we really need help finding him.
