Teddy usually stays in a fenced yard. We speculate the fence did not get properly latched the day before and the wind blew it open on Tuesday. Three of dogs escaped but only Teddy would not come. Thankfully neighbors contacted us and helped us try to catch everyone. Teddy is 3 yrs old. He has a liver (brown) and tan bloodhound. He has a full liver coat, that is mostly brown. He is typically shy around strangers.
