Black and tan German shepherd husky with one icy blue eye and one brown eye. Ears stand straight up. Reaper has a black tactical collar with a skull tag on it. He also has a Velcro patch that says my mama says I’m special. He is skittish and will run. If found it’s best to contact me but crouching down and not being scary works sometimes.
