Nina is chihuahua-terrier mix, 7 yrs old, 13 lb, black and white with some brown added, she is fast and easily scared, especially of loud noise (thunder, traffic), and won’t respond to treats when offered if she’s in unfamiliar setting - do not chase her - rather just inform me of the location and see if she’s heading someplace else.
