Mostly black with white feet. Rat Terrier, small. He jumped out of the car Window while stoped at intersection of US rt One and Lewis Hill Road in Newcastle, but we didn't notice. We continued on and then noticed he was not in the car. Witness saw him in the road and hit by a car, but he ran into the woods just south of Reny's warehouse on Rt one.
