Cookie is a young, brown female dog who went missing by the Copper Tree Mall on Saturday around 10:30am. She was last spotted on Hickory Drive in Oakland around that time. She is wearing a purple sweater with a red leash. She is very scared and skiddish, if close enough pleas grab leash, but do not chase. If you see or hear anything please contact the Oakland PD.
