Young cat, not a baby, with a white band around its neck (a flea collar perhaps) was spotted for over half a day today Saturday November 8, on 160th Terrace, just west of Ridgeview Rd in Olathe. It was dark when we last saw it but it appeared to be a short haired tubby, the fur looked grey-bluish. The cat was very friendly when we saw it. The cat does not appear to be here now but we left some water and food outside.
