Large yellow neutered male cat, nine years old. He was in my car, and when I opened the door to put him in his carrier, he ran out. He was very afraid and so when I chased after him, it scared him and made him run over into the saddle wood apartments across 153rd Court. He is diabetic and requires medicine twice a day.
