Missing dog in ontario, got out from front yard off of Skylark Dr could be at Samoa Village mobile homes. Could be on Campus ave / Sultana / Philadelphia ave no collar and her name is Chiquita, she will follow if her name is called. She will be very scared. She's never ran away from home, she has a missing tooth and rotting on her right side. She is not microchipped, she will have a small rash on her belly. Please help thank you!
