Harper is black with tan female , 40 lbs, long body, 1.5 years old. She was wearing a purple collar. She got out of her harness near the end of the Cape Trail at 3:00 pm on June 29. She ran into the brush. A few hikers saw her come back to the trail, but she got spooked and ran back into the brush. Harper is friendly, but anxious. She will probably be less likely to come to strangers if they call her name. Being calm, not making eye contact, and offering treats will probably be most successful with her.
