VI was at the scarp yard when I had left the window down a little went in side when I came out a lady told me she saw baby jump out the window and was then chased by a dog he ran in to the storage area of scrap yard and hide. I went like for him they wouldn't let me in tj the building but they let me put out some food and water for him. I keep going back and looking for him the food has been eaten but unsure if it is him.
