Lost Regent Parrot: Help Find Kiki in Perris

East Dawes Street, 11, Perris

She is a Regent Parrot, mostly olive green feathers with some red and a long, dark tail. She has very few blueish feathers around the base of the wings as well. Her species is sexually dimorphic, and because she is 2.5 years old at time of loss, her green coloration indicates she is female. Regarding her loss: she knows and loves her home, but while she was very briefly outside of her carrier she tried flying back into the house by herself, forgetting the mosquito net at the doorway and running into it. She managed to fly in a tight circle for a while, but when I asked my partner to come out and help she became very spooked by the movement of the net and she flew the other way. The wind apparently picked her up very severely, since she had never practiced a free fly outside before, and she did 3 increasingly large loops around our dense neighborhood until she was clearly out of sight with a heading towards the Southeast, although she seemed to be trying desperately to loop back home. She was SIGHTED in the hills of Nuevo, California at approximately the cross streets Stagecoach Road and Horseshoe Trail foraging at ground level, which is typical of her species when comfortable, on 09/26 and appeared to be in good health but the witness did not retrieve her due to first going inside for gloves/towel out of fear of biting, although Kiki absolutely does not possess a strong bite or a desire to bite (please note this, as she can be easily coaxed with treats, water, and kind speech in all likelihood). This is all the relevant and non-sensitive detail I can think of.
