THEY WERE BOTH ADOPTED OUT FROM COUNTY IN MESA. They are now at County in Mesa. Dogs were found at 7am by workers at St Vincent de Paul. Doberman, wearing a collar but no tag. No microchip. Smaller one had no collar, no microchip. My friend has them now. They can't keep them, but they are safe for now.
